About UsAt St Paul’s Way School, students are encouraged to take a journey of curiosity about art, design and visual media in developing their work, fostering a desire to learn, research and experiment. Art is a vital element of the curriculum, students are taught to explore and experiment with a wide range of artists’ approaches and techniques to encourage their creativity. This approach nurtures visual literacy and critical thinking through exploring the world around them as part of their engagement with project themes.

Our History |
St. Paul's Way community School enjoyed specialist Visual Arts College status from September 1998 unitl the funding ended in 2011. Arts College Status brought about great changes for the Art & Design Department. The extra funding enabled us to increase our Art and Design offer at KS3 and KS4 to include, GCSE Fine Art, Photography and Textiles. in 2010 we became a Trust school and we introduced A level Art and Design and Photography, which we continue today. Our GCSE and A level results have consistently been over the national average A*-C and A*-B grades. We are now known as St Paul's Way school part of the University School's Trust. |
